Dear Black People Your #1 Killer is...


FOOD!!!! 


Hello, Hello, Hello!!! 
Happy MLK Day! I am so thrilled to publish on a day that we celebrate a Man who died for his dreams to ensure his race of people are treated fairly! Equal! And I have decided to share a vlog specific to those who are considered Black just like me. 

We are taught in the media that we are dieing from killing each other and or from a police officer. Not to say these things do not happen but it is not the number one thing that is killing us. 

The number one killer of both Black Men and Women is heart disease. Heart disease have many reasons they are developed but the number one cause is poor diet. 

Takes take a second to examine what it is that we call "Soul Food" 

Now I am not saying Soul food is not yummy and satisfiying! I am not saying I do not enjoy Soul Food. All I am saying is their are better ways to prepare our food like we did before we were brought to America. 

There was a point where we had to make due with what we had but now that is different. We can pretty much control every single thing that enters our bodies. 

So lets take a look at some pics to see the main problem with Soul Food. 





What do you see wrong with these pictures? Look closely and stop drooling! Like you I know how good this food may taste. This first picture is so clear! The lack of Green! Most people that I grew up around would consider this to be a well balanced meal! No it is not!
It is a High Choresleral, Fat, low Nutrient Meal. Perfect for a heart attack.



This picture is a little better. The Greens are still a nice bright green color. The do not appear to be over cooked however this meal would be so bad if the green switch places with the meat. Believe it or not. If you did eat more greens you will become even more full than you would keepinh it the way it is!



Now this picture is much better is way better! Why? The colors! The green do appear over cooked but the sweet potatoes look so vibrate! But most "Soul Food add so much sugar and syrup to the sweet potaotes! We call overly sweeted sweet postaoes candy yams but folks we do not eat yams. If you do not believe me google "Yam pics" and see what comes up! I encourage you to try to eat sweet potatoes with out adding any sugar and I bet you will be so surprise at how naturally sweet they are! So far this is the best pics!


This pic just pisses me off. Because most people will sit down at this table and be super excited! Those green are definitely over cooked and the okra is fried! So NO NUTRIENTS!



By Now you should figure out that this is just going to piss me off so I am not going to comment! Just remember this pic and remember "HEART ATTACK


Now please do not think I am intentionally trying to be a party pooper! I am just want to encourage and educate my people that you can eat yummy food that is actually empowering to the soul! 
In 2018 I will continue to share meals that will keep  your soul happy and bellies full and your blood pressure leveled.
