I pray you had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed it with your loved ones. If you are feeling guilty about what you ate yesterday, stop it. It is over and there's nothing you can do about it! And if you eat well most of the time it will not affect you that much for one day. If you do not have a healthy diet then it is the same. Your one day doesn't affect you as much as your everyday.
Now if you are trying to lose weight I am here to break the news to you! IT ALL STARTS IN YOUR MIND! IT ALL STARTS WITH YOUR THOUGHTS!
To keep you on the right path you must have a strong reason why you want to adjust your body weight. It can not be this thing where you want to get into your favorite dress. It has to be deeper than that.
If you do not have a reason that is good enough I have one for you!
Recently I was at RFA church in Raleigh NC. And Pastor Chad had a message series about Heaven. He mentioned and discussed different topic questions like, "Will our pets be in heaven? Will we see our loved ones again? How will Heaven look? and Etc.
Then he got to the question of how we would look? And he went on to state that we would around what we look like now. The same size. All I kept thinking was, for eternity I would like to be more in shape. lol!
So I would like to ask you that same question. If in fact there is a Heaven (I believe there is) and EXACTLY how you look right now was how you will be for eternity would you be happy with that? If no, all I Am saying do not wait for 2018! Start today and eat to live. Use the color chart and make you and your family colorful plates, making GREEN the most dominant! Even if there are less than 7 days left start now!
