Simple Thai Sauce!

Thai Sauce Sauce!

Thai Sauce can be made in many ways. However this is a simple recipe for the cook new to the world of Thai food.
Thai is usually a combination of sweet and spicy.
Now I created this with some left over ingredient before I restocked my shelves.
However before we get started I want to talk about Tahini.

Tahini is basically grounded sesame seeds. It is usually used in the Greek/Mediterranean cuisine. However I used this in this delicious sauce and Boy was it good. Tahini is used to make Hummus, sauce for Falafel Balls, Gyros, and so many others.
With that being said. Lets get started!!

You Will Need:
  • 3/4 Cups of Tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • Juice of 1/2 of Lemon
  • 4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 3 Squirts is Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Hot Water or Pasta Water from boiling.

All you need to do is add all your ingredients together. First start with your Tahini Sauce and all the other ingredients.
After you add everything slowing add in your hot water and make sure it’s gradually. Take your time and taste to see if you need to add and subtract anything.
If you don’t prefer to have it spicy cut down the Sririachi sauce and enjoy.

Service this on top of your noodles, rice, sandwiches and much more.

The healthy part of being  sexy is now how you look but the discipline   it takes to look that way!
