How to make Tuna Melts
You will need:
First prepare your tuna fish. Drain the water or oil from your tuna. Empty both cans
into a medium bowl. Add 2 of the 3 tablespoons of mayo. Squeeze your half of lemon
on to the tuna. Then mix it up. Add your other tablespoon of mayo into the bowl if
needed. (Your tuna should be moist but not Saggy.)
Next toast your bread. Use a toaster or use your broiler in the oven. (I like the broiler but you have to watch it. It will burn quickly if you leave it in for more than a minute or two)
After the toasting is complete add your tuna on each slice of toast. Then cut your tomato
slices medium to thick and place on top of your tuna. Add your slices of cheese and
place them in the oven on broil for about 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Take them out and serve!!!!
