How to make Veggie Cheese steaks



You will need:

  • Cheddar Cheeese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Hoagie Bread
  • 1 package Tofu
  • 1 large white Onions
  • 1 package of fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Whole Cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Oil Spread

First, add your oil spread in a large fry pan or wok.
Add your minced garlic and then add your onions.
Allow them sautéed for about 3-5 mins. Then add everything else. Continue to stir until they are done. Please do not over-cook.
In a separate pot heat your spaghetti sauce.

Next turn your oven on broil and prepare your hoagies. Use the oil spread and place a VERY thin layer on and turn place them on the over for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Next, take them out of the stove and add vegan mayo on both sides (lightly for fewer calories ) 
Add your mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the bottom of each bread.
Then add your vegetable mixture.
Add your spaghetti sauce
Next, add more cheese to the top. As much cheese as you like. 
Pop them back into the broiler for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.

 Add the gourmet fries, sweet potato slices or Wedge and your guests will want to slap their mommas  :-)
