How to Make Vegan Cheese! 


I have to be honest! I really hate Vegan cheese! Well up until I actually tried to make it on my own! 
Cheese is one of my biggest struggles because it is so good. Well, that's what I use to think! 
Actually Fat is very very very addictive. You desire it because you can not stop wanting to eat it. Hence why pizza is such a desirable item. 

Anyway here is my favorite commercial vegan cheese that actually melts is this cheese! 
This cheese alone to me is not the greatest but it is very Yummy when you add it to things. 

Lastly, when you start to make your own cheese I want you to remember this term, 
"NUTRITIONAL YEAST"
Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast, often a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is sold commercially as a food product.

A perfect addition to any meal — providing nutrition while saving calories — nutritional yeast is one source of complete protein and vitamins, in particular, B-complex vitamins. It contains folatethiamineriboflavinniacinselenium, and zinc, making it a great superfood!

Now let's get to this super easy meal! 

You Will Need: 

  • 3 Med Potatoes 
  • 1 Whole Carrot or 6 Baby Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast  
  • Half of Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • Cayanea Pepper 
  • Cumin 
  • Food Processor or Powerful Blender 
The first thing to do is boil your carrots and Potatoes until they are tender. Drain them. Then,  place in the food processor or blender. Then add all your seasons and nutritional yeast and blend. You will witness nothing but greatness. 

This will act as a great spread for things like crackers, sandwiches, noodles, Baked Potatoes, and much more. Use your imagination!
