You Are Drinking PUS!

Hello, Hello, Hello! 
I know you are like what is she talking about now? Drinking Pus? 
YES! 
When we drink Regular Milk from a cow we are drinking mainly pus. But before you take my word from it lets sit back and really think about this whole heartedly. 

Now as a mother of two I nursed both my sons. Whether you nursed your children or not you fed your children milk for approximately 10-20 months of their life. Nothing else really until you slowly make your way into feeding your child solid food. Baby food, cereals, etc. Then finally, you start to see a few teeth pop out and now about 12-18 months later,  you have a toddler with a full set of teeth and not really needing the regiment of daily intact of milk. 

What we do as Humans, is continue to drink milk even after this period of time that seems to be designated for mammals during the infancy stage, until the toddler stage. But for some reason, we continue this and what is worse we do not continue drinking human milk but we drink milk from an animal that grows twice as fast as we do. 

There are so many alternatives to drinking Milk from a cow or any other animal. 

There is Almond Milk, Soy Milk, Coconut MIlk, Rice Milk, Peanut Milk, Flax Milk, and Hemp Milk. 
There are so many options to choose from. Now, of course, these options taste slightly different because you do not have the fat that milk contains. 

Now On Monday, I will release another recipe but we need to first get the basics. 

Remember the sexy Part About Being Sexy is NOT the way that you look but the Discipline it Takes to look that way...
