Spaghetti without the Carbs

Hello, Hello, Hello!
How in the work can we have Spaghetti without the carbs? 

It is soooo simple. Today we are going o focus Zucchini being our "Noodle" supplement however you can use so many other veggies to make spaghetti like "Spaghetti Squash that acts extremely well for noodles.

Zucchini is filled with so many nutritional factors it makes more of a reason for us to try this out. 
Here are a few of the nutritional facts you should be aware of: 

This food is low in Saturated Fat and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, and Manganese.

You will Need: 
3-5 Green Zucchini
1 Clove of chopped garlic 
1/2 of a Large white Onion
1 1/2 TBs of Olive Oil 
Salt Pepper to taste.
