How to make Spaghetti Squash
You will need:
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 jar of Spaghetti sauce
- Mushrooms
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 LgOnions
- Garlic Bread
- Baking pan
- Fry pan

PreHeat your oven to 350.
Take your Spaghetti Squash place it onto your baking pan.
Place the baking pan in the oven for about 25-35 mins.
You will know the squash is done because you will be able to press the sides.
While that's baking take your fry pan and add your oil spread.
Then add your sliced onions and let them sautéed for about 5-8 mins. Then add all
other vegetable ingredients.
Steam the vegetables for about 10-15 mins not
overcooking the veggies.

Next, check on the squash in the oven. Remember if
the outer skin feels like it's caving in or you see a
brown mark on the side that it was laying on it is
done.
Remove the squash and when it's cool enough to
handle cut it straight down the middle. When you
open it you will see a pit of seeds. Remove the seeds

noodles. You will see that you can pull the squash
from the skin. Keep pulling and you will have more than enough for 4-6 people.
The squash will act like your noodle.
Now place your choice of garlic bread. I like to use Texas Toast. Put the oven on 450
and place the toast inside.
Prepare your plates using the noodle first.
Then add the veggies on top. Finally, add your spaghetti sauce.
Add your garlic bread and your guest won't even notice the difference. Enjoy this very
veggie good meal!
