How to make Salmon Cakes

1 can of salmon
1/2 of a large white onion chopped
1/2 of green peppers chopped
1/4 of red peppers
1 large egg
1/4 of a cup of flour or bread crumbs
Oil Spread
Oil (Vegetable or Corn)
Half a lemon
Fry Pan
First, place oil spread into your fry pan.
Add your chopped green peppers and
onions and sautéed for about 3-5 mins.
Next empty the pepper and onion into a
bowl until needed.

In another bowl add place your canned salmon into the bowl. (When you empty it
try your best to let it all slide out all at once. The reason for this is when you open
it up you will see all the bones that's inside and it is easier to remove if it's not
chopped up before removing from the can)

Next take your rinsed fry pan and add your oil.

begin to scoop out your salmon cake batter.
Make the cakes circular and thin to avoid under
cooking in the middle. Let them brown on each
side for about 5 mins on each side. When
finished put them on to a plate with paper toilets
layered on the plate. This should make up to 8-
10 salmon cakes.
