How to Make Easy Guacamole!

Hello, Hello, Hello!

Do you know that my favorite condiment is??? Well if you guessed it based on the title you are super smart. If you don't consider Guacamole as a condiment you may reconsider that based on the simple and easy recipe.
I use very few ingredients and you can add as much as you like depending you prefer your meals. Remember my job is to inspire your cooking! Get this basic recipe down packed first and then get as creative as you would like.
Please note that you will need to make this fresh! Avocados go bad as fast as bananas and apples do. Believe it or  not, avocado is a Fruit and not a Vegetable so please prepare only when you are going to use this right away! 24hours is the longest I recommend to letting your Guacamole sit over night.
(Refrigerated of Course)

What you will Need:
2 Ripe Avocados
1 TB Soy Sauce
1/3 of a Red and or Yellow Onion
1 Roma Tomato (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Cumin
A Pinch of Salt Pepper

First cut and pit your avocado. Spoon out the meat of the avocado into a bowl and begin to chop in up with a fork! Make sure the avocados are ripe! This step will be difficult if the avocado is not ripe. Next add a splash of Soy Sauce and continue to smash until it begins to become smooth.
After you complete the chopping and smashing add your finely chopped onions. I personally use half red and half yellow onion. I'm so convinced most people do not use red onion because it does make the dish a darker color because of the relish purple color. However the taste is Exquisite!
Then add all your remaining ingredients!
And that's basically all that's too it!
However I thought you may not believe it is this easy! So I also took the liberty to add a LIVE video I did on my FB page!
