Black Bean Burgers


Hello Again! Today is a great day to talk about black bean burgers! They are so darn yummy and believe it or not they are super simple to make. Really simple.
Before I get into the logistics of how I made the burgers I want to help you understand the overall concept. Then you can turn any bean or even left overs into burgers.

If you have making a Veggie hears the formula :

Protein X Grains X Veggie together = VEGGIE BURGER 

Examples: 
Pinto Beans X Rice X Green and Red Peppers 
Navy Beans X Flour X Onions and Mushrooms
Exceptions: 
Sweet Potato X Flour X Onions 

You can use so many different things to make a delicious Veggie Burgers. Get the basics down first and you will be able to create so many variations!

Here's how I make my Black Bean Burgers!

Ingredients:

  • (1) Cooked Black Beans or Canned Black Beans 
  • (1/4) of a Cup of Liquid Smoke
  • (1/2) of a Red Onion 
  • (1/2) of a Yellow Onions 
  • (1) Cup of Wheat Flour (Or until right consistency) 
  • Cilantro Preferable Fresh
  • (1 Tbs) Cumin 
  • Garlic and Pepper 
  • Salt (Pinch for Taste)
