I am excited about today because today I start to share my "Healthy is Sexy" Weight Correction journey.
Last year I lost 45 Lbs and since then I have gained back 17 of the pounds. One of the methods that I used was fasting and being on a VERY VERY restricted diet which accelerated my weight loss. So yes I was super happy about this but my mind was not 149 Lbs. My Mind was still 194 Lbs which is why I gain back almost half the weight I had lost.
So my other half kept encouraging me to put together a plan. Since I have the ability to not eat when I have a set date why not use my cooking skills and planning abilities to get where I want to be doing what I love and that is to EAT!
Moving forward I will share my meal plan and results here on this blog. I will also share my recipes as well so you can enjoy the "Healthy is Sexy" lifestyle.

Wednesday, April 6th, 2016 Menu
Drink one glass of Slim Trim Tea right before bed. Then one more Glass of Water!
I will be honest! This plan was a little to boring for me.
LOL I think I will have my pear now. I am a Lil hungry.

Wednesday, April 6th, 2016 Menu
Breakfast:
1. Start with 2 Glasses of Water Ice Cold Water
2. Cream of Wheat 1 Cup with NO BUTTER
3. 2 More Cups of Water
Lunch:
1. Drink 2 Glasses of Water
2. Eat one full Salad. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions and Avocado
(Dressing will be hot sauce and Mustard)
3. Drink 1 glass of Water
``
Snack:
3 Pickles with hot Sauce and a Pear
Dinner:
1. Lentils with Spaghetti Squash
2. Salad
3. One Glass of Lemon Water
