Shout out to Quorn for these Chik'n Cutlets. This allowed us to make the BEST vegetarian Chicken Parmesan!!!

Read each mixed below for a step by step method to crest a Classic Italian Meal!










These are the Filets I used. You can use any brand that Cutlet that's meatless, I prefer Quorn. Quality and extremely affordable.







                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Use Panko Bread crumbs. They are amazing! Light but extra Crispy.
Let's Get Started!!! 


Step 1. Soak them in a milk and egg batter. I use soy milk. I would also use almond milk. 


Step 2:   I dipped my filets twice. 

Milk batter, then Panko, milk batter again, then Panko.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Step 3:   Fried them for up for about 10 mins or until they are crispy. I used vegetable Oil to fry these. I would also use Coconut Oil to fry also. 






Step 4:   On a separate baking pan put your already cooked spaghetti or Angel hair. Top them with a Marinara Sauce.
















Step 5:  Place your Fried Filets on top of your noodles. Add a generous amount of Marinara Sauce on each individual Filet, Top with a generous amount of cheese.













Step:6   Pop in the oven for 8-10 mins on 400 degrees or until all the cheese is melted and enjoy this Classic Italalin Meal with out the meat! 

We recommend a house or Caesar Salad as a side. Garlic Bread would also go well with this dish!
